摘 要:采用静电纺丝的方法,制得含有钴和锌元素的前驱体纤维,通过热处理方法去除前驱体纤维中所含有机物,得到钴掺杂氧化锌的纳米纤维。对所制得的纤维在氢气气氛下退火,纤维获得室温铁磁性。对纤维的成分、形貌、磁学性能分别采用X射线粉末衍射、扫描电镜(SEM)、磁强计(VSM)等分析测试手段进行表征和分析。实验结果表明,通过静电纺丝工艺,制得钴掺杂氧化锌纳米纤维,通过氢气气氛下退火获得稳定的室温铁磁性。Precursor fibers containing Cobalt and Zinc were prepared via electrospinning method. After heat treatment, organic matters were removed and Cobalt doped Zinc Oxide nanofibers were made. Annealed in hydrogen atmosphere, the fibers obtained room temperature ferromagnetism. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and the magnetometer (VSM) were employed to characterize the morphology, composition and magnetic properties of the fibers, respectively. The results show that by electrospinning, Cobalt doped Zinc Oxide nanofibers are obtained and the fibers annealed under hydrogen atmosphere exhibit stable room temperature ferromagnetism.
