摘 要:用溶胶凝胶法制备了Ca0.075Sr0.925Bi4Ti4O15(简称CSBTi)铁电陶瓷样品,研究了烧结温度对CSBTi铁电陶瓷性能的影响。结果表明:1180℃温度下烧结的CSBTi铁电陶瓷样品的铁电性能得到明显改善,剩余极化强度2Pr为19.4μC/cm2,矫顽场强度Ec为72.5kV/cm;压电常数为d33=9.8pC/N;居里温度TC=543℃,随着测试频率的增加,室温下相对介电常数εr的峰值逐渐下降,而对应的居里温度TC则随之上升,表现出弛豫铁电体的特征。Bismuth-layered compound Ca0.075Sr0.925Bi4Ti4O15 (CSBTi)) ferroelectric ceramic samples were prepared by sol-gel method. Effects of different sintering temperatures on the crystal structure, microstructure and ferroelectric properties of the CSBTi ferroelectric ceramics were studied. It is found that crystals developed entirely and a-axis orientation was enhanced at 1180 ℃. At this sintering temperature, the highest remnant polarization 2Pr and coercive field Ec were 19.4 μC/cm2 and 72.5 kV/cm, respectively. These results can be explained as follows: Bismuth in the pseudo-perovskite blocks evaporated easily at high sintering temperatures that led to oxygen vacancies. The Curie temperature and the piezoelectric constant d33 of the sample were 543 ℃ and 9.8 pC/N, respectively. It is also found that the ceramic samples are relaxor ferroelectricity from the patterns of dielectric constant as a function of frequency.
