摘 要:针对目前制备AgO粉末存在粒度大、含量低以及废液造成环境污染等问题,采用化学沉淀法制备超细过氧化银粉末,通过反应热力学和动力学讨论了各因素对制备工艺的影响,并采用XRD、XPS、SEM对粉末进行表征。结果表明,最佳制备工艺为:反应温度60℃,m(K2S2O8)/m(AgNO3)=5,m(KOH)/m(AgNO3)=2.5,反应时间为20min。制备的AgO含量为91.02%,粒度为100~300nm,属于单斜晶系且具有短棒状形貌。粉末中只含有Ag、O、C3种元素,主要为Ag+、Ag++的氧化物。In view of the existing problems that the particle size of prepared powder is large, AgO content is low and waste solution causes environmental pollution in the preparation of silver peroxide, in this paper ultra silver peroxide powders were prepared by a chemical precipitation method. Effects of various factors on the preparation process have been studied by reaction thermodynamics and kinetics. The ultra powders prepared were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectrum (XPS) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the optimum conditions are reaction temperature 60 ℃ , m(K2S2O8 )/m(AgNO3 )=5, m(KOH)/m(AgNO3)=2.5 and the reaction time 20 min. The AgO content of the prepared powder is 91.02%. Powder particle size mainly distribute in the range of 100-300 nm with a short rod-like morphology. AgO belongs to simple monoclinic crystal system. There are only Ag, O and C elements in powders which are mainly the oxides of Ag+ and Ag++ .
