摘 要:研究废弃电脑印刷板经拆解去除不含金的部件,700℃焚烧去除大量有机物,灰渣研磨后用硫酸浸出铜及其它金属氧化物,残渣用盐酸、硝酸混合酸浸出并回收金。结果表明:采用30%硫酸,固液比为1:3,100℃浸出灰渣,铁粉还原回收滤液中的铜,铜的浸出率98.75%,回收率92%。浸出铜后的残渣用浓度为30%,HNO3:HCl=1:6的混合酸,固液比为1:3,100℃条件下浸出金,金的浸出率达99%以上,浸出液中的金用活性碳吸附后650℃灰化,王水溶解灰分,过滤后的滤液用锌粉置换法回收金,其回收率达98.3%。The parts without gold and copper were torn down from the waste printed circuit board (PCB) of computer by simple handwork,and the remaining parts of waste were burned at 700 ℃ to remove the most organics. 30% sulfuric acid was used to leach copper from the burned waste (ash) with a solid to liquid ratio of 1:3 (W/V) at 100 ℃. Ferrous powder was applied to reduce the Cu 2+ from the leaching solution. The leaching efficiency and total recovery of copper were 98.75 and 92.0% respectively. After copper recovery, the remaining ash was mixed a 30% of the mixed acid (HNO 3 :HCl =1:8) to leach gold with a solid to liquid ratio of 1:3 (W/V) at 100 ℃. The leaching effeciency of gold was over 99%. Activated carbon was applied to adsorb gold from the leaching solution, and then was burned at 650 ℃ for 1.5 h to form gold-contained ash. An aqua regia was applied to dissolve the gold from the ash. Gold was reduced from the solution by zinc powder. Its total recovery of gold is 98.3%.
