摘 要:采用化学还原共沉淀法制备了LiFePO4前驱粉末。用葡萄糖溶液包覆LiFePO4前驱粉末,在合适的热处理温度下,葡萄糖热解获得纳米晶LiFePO4/C包覆粉末。用XRD,SEM,HRTEM对样品进行了分析。结果表明,LiFePO4前驱粉末由非晶构成,粉末细小且分散均匀。LiFePO4/C包覆粉末的晶粒尺寸为20~50nm,LiFePO4表面包覆的非晶碳层的厚度约为2nm。The precursor powder of LiFePO4 was prepared by a chemical co-precipitation method. The precursor powder of LiFePO4 was covered by a glucose solution. Nano-sized LiFePO4 /C coated powder were achieved by suitable heat-treatment through a method of glucose decomposition. The samples were analyzed by XRD, SEM and HRTEM. Results show that the precursor powder mainly consist of amorphous phases. The precursor powder is fine and uniformly dispersed. The particle size of LiFePO4/C powder is about 20~50nm. The LiFePO4 grains are covered by an amorphous C layer with the thickness of about 2nm.
