摘  要:以八水氯氧化锆和二水乙酸锂为前驱体、乙二醇为络合剂、1,2-环氧丙烷为凝胶促进剂、聚氧乙烯为相分离诱导剂,采用溶胶-凝胶伴随相分离法制备Li掺杂ZrO_2多孔块体材料,并利用差热分析(DTA)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等测试技术对所形成的多孔块体的物相和微观结构进行了表征。结果表明,PEO能诱导体系发生相分离,获得共连续骨架和孔径大小可控的多孔块体;热处理后,Li掺杂ZrO_2得到的Li2ZrO3在较大温度范围内始终保持四方相,使其在CO_2吸附应用中具备良好的前景。Li-doped ZrO_2 porous monoliths were prepared by a sol-gel process accompanied by phase separation, with ZrOCl_2·8H2O and Li Ac·2H2O as cheap ionic precursors and ethylene glycol as the complexing agent. The gelation of the system was mediated by PO as an acid scavenger, while PEO was added as a phase separation inducer. The porous monolith was analyzed and characteristiced by DTA, XRD, FT-IR and SEM. The results show that PEO can induce phase separation, thus obtaining the co-continuous porous structure and controllable pore size. After heat-treatment, t-Li2 ZrO3 can be obtained in a wide range of temperature, which indicates the potential of CO_2 absorbent.
