摘 要:以CTAB为模板剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备SiO_2介孔薄膜,探究了浸渍-提拉法和旋涂法对其微观结构和光学性能的影响。用小角X射线散射(SAXS)和透射电镜(TEM)分析薄膜内部孔道排列方式,发现采用旋涂法镀膜更易得到较为有序的介孔阵列,其孔道周期参数a为3.76nm。用扫描电镜(SEM)观察样品发现通过两种镀膜方法制备得到的薄膜表面均平整无裂纹。紫外-可见光谱表明,采用两种镀膜方法均能得到可见光透过性良好的镀膜玻璃,其中通过旋涂法制得的薄膜厚度非常均一。Mesoporous silica films were prepared by a sol-gel method using CTAB as structure-directing agent. Dip-coating and spin-coating were applied to investigate their effects on microstructure and optical properties of silica films. The results of SAXS show that the film obtained by spin-coating has better-ordered mesoporous structure, and the distance between centers of two adjacent channels is 3.76 nm. SEM was used to observe the surfaces of the synthesized silica films, and both of these films exhibit neat surfaces without cracks. Optical transmission spectra gives a result that both of these films have high transmittance, above 90%, in visible light region, a uniform thickness of the film is obtained by spin-coating.
