摘  要:通过使用纳米活性和超细重质CaCO_3来抑制PVC复合膜材料中增塑剂的迁移,利用热氧化、SEM、万能材料试验机对复合膜进行测试,分析添加CaCO3粒子对复合膜材料的力学性能的影响。结果表明,CaCO_3粒子可有效抑制复合膜中增塑剂的析出,但无机粒子使PVC复合膜材的力学性能下降,并获得PVC膜较优时的纳米活性CaCO3含量。The inhibiting effects on plasticizer migration and extraction from PVC membrane were studied by adding the nano-CaCO_3 or superfine-CaCO_3. The influence of CaCO_3 on the properties of composite membrane were analyzed by thermal oxidation, SEM, and multi-purpose materials tester. The results show that inorganic particles effectively inhibit the migration and extraction of plasticizer from PVC membranes, but degrade their mechanical performance. The optimal content of Nano-CaCO_3 was suggested to improve the performance of PVC membrane.
