多级孔结构TiO_2块体材料的制备及表征

摘  要:以硫酸氧钛为钛源、水和乙二醇为溶剂、甲酰胺(FA)为凝胶促进剂、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为相分离诱导剂,通过溶胶-凝胶伴随相分离法结合后续热处理得到具有共连续多孔结构的锐钛矿相TiO2块体材料。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、压汞测试、热重-差热分析法(TG-DTA)、X射线衍射(XRD)仪和透射电子显微镜(TEM)等测试技术研究了PVP添加量与材料孔结构的之间的关系。结果表明,当PVP添加量为1.76g时,产物具有三维共连续的多级孔结构,其孔隙率为60%,大孔孔径分布在13μm;骨架由尺寸分布在2040nm的纳米晶组成。经过600℃热处理后,块体物相为锐钛矿。Cocontinuous porous monolithic TiO_2 was synthesized via a facile sol-gel route accompanied by phase separation followed by calcination treatment with low-cost TiOSO_4·x H_2O as the titanium source, mixtures of distilled water and ethylene glycol as solvent. Formamide(FA) was exploited to initiate gelation and poly(vinylpyrrolidone)(PVP) was used as a polymer to induce the phase separation during the reaction process. The influence of the amount of PVP on the morphology, structure and crystallinity of the resultant Ti O_2 product was investigated by SEM, mercury intrusion porosimeter, TG-DTA, XRD and TEM. The results show that the hierarchically porous structure with a porosity of 60% can be obtained with the amount of PVP of 1.76 g, which consists of interconnected porous structures with the pore size of 1~3 um and skeletons constructed by fine nanocrystals of 20~40 nm. Anatase phase can be obtained after calcination at 600 °C
