摘 要:以La、Zr的无机盐作为先驱体,环氧丙烷和甲酰胺作为凝胶促进剂,采用溶胶-凝胶工艺制备了分级多孔锆酸镧凝胶。采用SEM、BET等测试方法用不同凝胶促进剂对凝胶的孔结构影响进行分析,研究了2种凝胶促进剂对凝胶分级多孔结构的影响,发现环氧丙烷作为凝胶促进剂更有利于生成颗粒较小的骨架结构,同时有助于微介孔的形成,但干凝胶整体容易开裂;甲酰胺作为凝胶促进剂更易生成较大颗粒构成的骨架,不利于微介孔的形成,且容易生成La(OH)3沉淀,但凝胶的整体性相对较好;采用2种凝胶促进剂结合的方式可以制得结构良好、宏/介孔均匀的分级多孔结构,比表面积为10.05m2/g。Hierarchically structural porous La_2Zr_2O_7 gel was prepared using a sol gel route with nitrate as starting materials, propylene oxide and formamide as gelation inducers. Effects of gelation inducers on pore structure of gel were investigated by SEM, BET and BJH analysis. The results show that propylene oxide is beneficial in formation of micro/meso pores. The skeleton can be composited by particles with smaller size, but it is easy to crack. Formamide as gelation inducer can form a gel skeleton assembled with bigger particles, which has a more integrated structure, but it inhibits the formation of micro/meso pores. Hierarchically structural porous La_2Zr_2O_7 gel with both macropores and micro/meso pores can be prepared using the two gelation inducers simultaneously, and the surface area of the gel is 10.05 m2/g.
