摘 要:以氯氧化锆(ZrOCl2·8H2O)为锆源前驱体、氯化钇(YCl3·6H2O)为钇源前驱体、聚氧乙烯(PEO,Mw=1×106)为相分离诱导剂、环氧丙烷(PO)为凝胶促进剂、甲酰胺(FA)为干燥控制化学添加剂,采用溶胶-凝胶伴随相分离法制备出钇稳定氧化锆多孔块体。结果表明:PEO能诱导体系发生相分离,并获得骨架共连续、孔径大小可控的多孔块体;不同温度热处理,样品都能够保持四方相,表明钇对氧化锆起到了稳定的作用。Macroporous YSZ monoliths were prepared via sol-gel process accompanied by phase separation. Gelation of the system was mediated by propylene oxide(PO), while phase separation was induced by poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO, Mv=1×106). Formamide(FA) was added to act as drying control chemical additive(DCCA). The results indicate that the phase separation is induced by the addition of PEO, and the monolithic gels with co-continuous skeletons and controllable pore sizes can be obtained. The tetragonal phase of YSZ after heat-treated at different temperatures demonstrates the stabilization of yttrium.
