W对Fe-Si-B非晶合金交流磁性的影响

摘  要:研究了W对Fe-Si-B非晶合金交流磁性的影响。讨论了磁导率随频率及磁感应强度的变化规律。分别在弱磁场及中、强磁场区域对3种合金Fe(82.1)Si(2.2)B(15.7)(1#)、Fe(79.8)Si(2.5)B(17.7)(2#)和Fe(73.7)W(1.3)Si(3.0)B(22.0)(3#)进行了磁损耗分离。结果表明,加入W,使磁谱曲线的下降幅度增加;磁导率随磁场变化的峰值增大,出现峰值的磁场稍移向高场区;在中、强磁场区域,磁损耗分离曲线为一折线,转折点对应的频率f约为20kHz。he effects of W on the A.C. magnetic properties of Fe-Si-B amorphous alloys have been studied. The characteristics of magnetic permeability with the variation of frequency and magnetic induction have been discussed. The magnetic losses separations in the weak, middle and strong magnetic fields have been done for the three kinds of amorphous: Fe(82.1)Si(2.2)B(15.7) (1#). Fe(79.8)Si(2.5)B(17.7)(2#) and Fe(73.7)W(1.3)Si(3.0)B(22.0)(3#), respectively. The results show that the W addition increases the decreasing extent of magnetic spectrum curve, rises the height of the peak appeared in the curve of magnetic induction for various magnetic field and shifts the peak to a stranger magnetic field shifts. In the middle and strong magnetic fields, the magnetic losses separation curve, p /f~f, consists of two straight lines, and the ftequency f corresponding to the turn point of two straight lines is about 20 kHz.
