益肾活血汤对慢性肾功能衰竭失代偿期患者内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾活血汤对慢性肾功能衰竭失代偿期患者内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)的影响。方法:100例慢性肾功能减退患者,对照组50例,治疗组50例。对照组常规治疗,治疗组常规治疗同时加用益肾活血汤治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为80%,对照组有效率68%(P<0.05)。两组比较,治疗组的BUN、Ccr、SCr改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:加用益肾活血汤可显著改善肾小球滤过功能,改善患者的肾功能。Objective ： To observe the effect of the treatment of the patients with chronic renal failure （Ccr） on the endogenous creatinine clearance rate （Ccr） of patients with chronic renal failure. Methods： 100 patients with chronic renal dysfunction, 50 cases in the control group, 50 cases in the treatment group. The control group received routine treatment, the treatment group and routine treatment plus Yiqi Huoxue decoction. Results： the effective rate was 80~/00 in the treatment group and 68~ in the control group （P^0.05）. The improvement of SCr, Cer and BUN in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the two groups （P^0.05）. Conclusion： Yishen Huoxue Decoction can signifi- cantly improve the glomerular filtration function, improve the renal function of patients. KEY WORDS
