肺泰胶囊辅助治疗肺结核的研究进展

摘　　要：中药是中国传统医学的重要组成部分，也是辅助治疗结核病的重要方法之一。肺泰胶囊无需煎熬，服用方便，且不良反应小、疗效确切，在临床中已得到广泛的应用。在多项临床试验中，证实肺泰胶囊在初治、复治及耐药肺结核的治疗中能辅助西药化疗，在改善症状、减轻不良反应、促进病灶吸收等方面发挥作用，具有一定的临床价值。Traditional Chinese herbal drug is an important component of traditional Chinese medicine and the adjunctive therapy of tuberculosis. Feitai capsule is convenient to take. It has been used in clinic widely for its few side effects and definite effect. In many clinical trials, Feitai capsule has been proved to be an adjunctive therapy in addition to Western medicine in new, retreated and drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. It can improve symptoms, reduce the adverse reaction and oromote lesion absorntion, and it has certain clinical value.
