摘 要:目的:通过对新疆某地不同工龄职业人群心理健康与职业紧张进行调查,为减轻职业紧张,提高心理健康选择合适的时机干预提供科学依据。方法:分层整群抽样随机抽取新疆某地区职业人群,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和工作紧张测量问卷(JSS)进行调查和分析。结果:症状自评量表中除躯体化和恐怖因子得分高于全国水平,其余因子均低于全国常模和新疆职业人群常模(P〈0.05);不同工龄的职业人群在恐怖以及精神病性两因子上存在统计学差异(t=2.509,3.213;P〈0.05);在职业紧张各因子上存在统计学差异(Z=-7.417-2.612,P〈0.05);心理健康与职业紧张存在相关性(r=0.345-0.374,P〈0.001)。结论:工龄短的人群应是职业紧张和心理健康的干预重点。Objective:To study the relationship between people's mental health and occupational stress with different service length in order to chose a chance for reduce stress and improve mental health in a given area Xinjiang.Methods:Randomly stratified cluster sampling among respondents by service length,SCL-90 and occupational stress scale(JSS)were used to investigate and analyze.Results:Except the somatization,obsessive,depressive score,other SCL-90 subscale scores were lower than the Chinese and the Xinjiang local norms(P〈0.05);There were significant differences between different working years of professional people in terror and psychoticism(t=2.509,3.213;P〈0.05)and occupational stress scores(Z=-7.417-2.612,P〈0.05).The mental health was associated with occupational stress(r=0.345-0.374,P〈0.001).Conclusion:Workers with short service length should be the focus in intervention of mental health and work stress.
