摘　　要：目的：了解济宁市农村留守儿童意外伤害发生情况,为其预防策略提供依据。方法：采用多阶段抽样方法抽取济宁市686名农村初中生并随访1年,以问卷调查形式了解初中生意外伤害情况。结果：1686名农村初中生中,留守儿童201例（29.3%）;2留守儿童1年内意外伤害发生率高于非留守儿童（39.8%,24.1%,）;3男生1年内意外伤害发生率高于女生（χ^2=6.150,P=0.013）;43个年级意外伤害发生率（55.3%,35.7%,23.6%）差异有统计学意义,两两比较初一、初三学生意外伤害发生率差异有统计学意义（χ^2=13.103,P=0.000）;5＂父亲或母亲外出务工＂者1年内意外伤害发生率为29.2%,＂父母均外出务工＂者意外伤害发生率为62.5%,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=20.192,P=0.000）。结论：济宁市农村留守儿童意外伤害较普遍,全社会应该重视起来,有针对性地采取有效措施,减少农村留守儿童意外事故的发生。Objective：To explore the condition of unintentional injuries of rural left-behind children of Jining city,and to provide references for preventive strategies.Methods：Multi-stage sampling method was used to select 686 rural middle school students in Jining City and the participants were followed up for 1year,and questionnaires were made to survey the situation of intentional injuries.Results：1 201 were left-behind children of 686 rural middle school students,accounting for 29.3%;2 The incidence of unintentional injuries in the left-behind children in 1year was higher than the non-left-behind children group（39.8%,24.1%）;3 The incidence of boys was higher than girls′（χ^2=6.150,P=0.013）;4Statistically differences was found in students of 3junior grades（55.3%,35.7%,23.6%）,and the difference was statistically between the grade 1and 2（χ^2=13.103,P=0.000〈0.0167）;5The incidence of the left-behind children（ ＂ whose father or mother went out for work＂）was significantly lower than the others′（ ＂ whose father and mother both went out for work＂）（χ^2=20.192,P=0.000）.Conclusion：Unintentional injuries of left-behind children is common,we should pay attention to take effective measures to reduce the incidence of unintentional injuries of rural left-behind children.
