摘 要:目的:探查潜艇官兵参加身心反馈控制训练的效果。方法:采用多功能智能身心反馈控制训练系统,分别对不同级别、不同年龄的潜艇官兵实施身心反馈控制训练,观察训练效果。结果:①学习1次、2次及2次以上掌握放松方法的人数依次为46、77、37人;②不同级别的潜艇员训练后在脉搏、压力指数上的得分为干部〈士官〈士兵,且有显著性差异(F脉=12.27,F压=7.76,P〈0.01);在PNN50指数上的得分干部〉士官〉士兵,且有显著性差异(F=42.95,P〈0.01);不同级别潜艇艇员在训练后压力指数的得分显著低于训练前(t1=4.27,t2=6.17,t3=6.58;P〈0.01),在PNN50指数的得分上训练后高于训练前且有显著性差异(t1=-3.68,t2=-7.80,t3=-5.27,P〈0.01);3不同年龄组训练后在压力、PNN50指数的得分有显著差异(F压=12.23,P压〈0.01,F50=31.86;P50〈0.05),各组压力指数得分训练后低于训练前,其中36-45岁年龄组无显著差异,其余各组差异显著(t16-20=8.79,t21-25=6.18,t26-30=2.74,t31-35=3.6;P〈0.01);各组PNN50指数得分训练后高于训练前,其中16-20岁组、26-30岁组、31-35岁组训练前后相比有显著差异(t26-30=-3.23,t31-35=-3.43,t36-45=-9.02;P〈0.01),其余各组无显著差异。结论:智能身心反馈控制训练可以有效的降低机体紧张程度,从而放松心情、缓解压力,维护身心健康。Objective:To explore the effect of intelligent feedback control training to submarine personnel.Methods:Observing the effect of training to the different levels and different ages submarine soldiers by physical and mental training feedback control system.Results:1 The number of individuals who grasped the way to relax by 1,2 and more than 2 times were 46,77,37,respectively.2 There were significant differences in different level of officers and soldiers after training on pulse pressure index score(F=12.27,7.76;P〈0.01),after training different levels,scores on the pressure index were significantly lower than before training(t;=4.27,6.17,6.58;P〈0.01),scores on the PNN50 index was higher than before training(t=-3.68,-7.80,-5.27;P〈0.01);3 After training,different age groups except 36-45 ages had significant difference with before training in the pressure and PNN50(F压 =12.23,P压 0.01,F50=31.86,P50〈0.05),more specifically,after training,pressure index was lower than before training in the rest of the group(t16-20=8.79,t21-25=6.18,t26-30=2.74,t31-35=3.6;P〈0.01).Conclusion:Intelligent feedback control of body and mind training can effectively reduce the body tension,relax and relieve stress,maintain physical and mental health.
