摘 要:目的探讨特发性室性期前收缩(IPVC)患儿早搏负荷和早搏指数与左室射血分数(LVEF)的相关性。方法对就诊的60例IPVC患儿按照下列分组。根据早搏负荷将60例IPVC患儿分为早搏负荷6%-10%组,早搏负荷11%-25%组和早搏负荷〉25%组;按早搏指数将60例IPVC患儿分为早搏指数≥0.85组和早搏指数〈0.85组。对各亚组的LVEF进行统计分析。结果早搏负荷〉25%组的LVEF显著低于早搏负荷6%-10%组(P〈0.01);早搏指数〈0.85组的LVEF显著低于I〉0.85组(P〈0.01)。结论早搏负荷与LVEF呈负相关,早搏指数与LVEF呈正相关。AIM To investigative the correlation between premature ventricular load and ventricular prematurity index and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) in children with idiopathic premature ventricular contraction (IPVC). METHODS Sixty IPVC patients were divided into three groups according to premature load: group of premature load 6 -10%, group of premature load 10% -25% and group of premature load 〉 25%. Patients were divided into two groups according to premature index: group of premature index 〉 0. 85 and group of premature index 〈 0. 85. RESULTS LVEF in the group of premature load 〉 25% was significantly lower than that in the group of premature load 6% - 10% (P 〈0.01 ) and LVEF in the group of prematurity index 〈0.85 was significantly lower than that in the group of premature index ≥0. 85 (P 〈 0. 01 ). CONCLUSION Premature load is negatively correlated with LVEF and ventricular premature index is positively correlated with LVEF.
