中药熏蒸治疗小儿痉挛型脑瘫临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中药熏蒸治疗小儿痉挛型脑瘫的临床效果。方法选取我院从2013年2月—2015年3月所收治的120例痉挛型脑瘫患儿,根据就诊时间顺序,将其平均分为观察组和对照组,每组患儿60例,观察组和对照组患儿均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组患儿给予中药熏蒸治疗。结果 3个疗程后,观察组患儿肌张力改善程度要明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,其差异存在着统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏蒸治疗有利于痉挛型脑瘫患儿病情康复,对改善痉挛状态具有重要作用,值得临床上推广应用。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of fumigation and steaming therapy in the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy in children. Methods Selecting 120 cases of patients with spastic cerebral palsy in our hosptital from Febuary 2013 to March 2015,they were divided into observation group and control group, and each group had 60 cases. The two groups were given routine treat-ment, and the observation group was given additionally fumigation and steaming therapy. Result After 3 months＇ treatment, the improvement of muscle tension degree of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantlyhigher than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The fumigation and steaming therapy is conducive to the rehabilitation of children with spastic cerebral palsy, it plays an important role in improving spasticity,and is worthy of clinical application.
