安宫汤配合三合激素治疗功能性子宫出血60例

摘　　要：目的观察安宫汤配合三合激素治疗功能性子宫出血的疗效。方法对180例功能性子宫出血患者按就诊时间顺序随机分为3组:A组(宁宫汤配三合激素组)60例、B组(安宫汤组)60例、C组(西药组)60例。A组采用自拟的安宫汤煎成汤剂100 ml内服,每日两次,连服10天。同时肌注三合激素(黄体酮10 mg、丙酸睾丸酮50 mg、乙烯雌酚1 mg),每日1次,连用3天停药,10天为一个疗程。B组(安宫汤组)采用安宫汤100 ml内服,每日2次,连续服用10天为一疗程。C组(西药组)采用三合激素肌注,每日1次,连用3天。同时给予安络血、维生素K3,必要时输血等综合性治疗,10天为一个疗程。结果 A组总有效率100%,B组80%,C组51.7%。A组与B组、C组比较均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),表明A组疗效明显优于B组、C组;B组与C组之间比较,亦有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论安宫汤配合三合激素治疗功能性子宫出血疗效显著,方法简便、安全无毒副作用,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Ango ng decoction and three combined hormones in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding. Methods 180 cases of patients with functional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into 3 groups： A group of 60 cases（ Angong decoction and three combined hormones group）, B group of 60 cases（ Angong decoction group）, C group of 60 cases（ Western medicine group）. The A group took orally Angong decoction for 100 ml, two times a day, treatment continued for 10 day, and intramuscular injection of three combined hormones progesterone（10mg, propionic acid testosterone 50 mg,diethylstilbestrol 1mg）, 1 time a day, QD for 3 days of withdrawal, 10 days for a course of treatment. B group used Angong decoction for 100 ml, two times a day, for 10 consecutive days for a course of treatment. C group used three hormone injection, 1 time a day,and treatment continued for 3 days, at the same time, they were given adrenobazonum and vitamin K3, blood transfusion when necessary, 10 days for a course of treatment. Results The total effective rate of A group, B group and C group was 100%, 80%, and7%, respectively. There was significant difference between A group and B group, and A group and C group（ P〈0.01）, which indicated that the effect of A group was significantly better than that of B group and C group, and there were significant difference between B and C groups（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Angong decoction and three combined hormones in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding has significant therapeutic effect, and is simple and safe. It is worthy of clinical application.
