摘　　要：目的观察针刺长强穴配合感觉统合训练治疗精神发育迟滞的临床疗效。方法选择2013年7月—2015年2月在井冈山大学附属医院康复科就诊的精神发育迟滞儿童40例,随机分成A、B两组。A组为治疗组针刺长强穴配合感觉统合训练组(20例),B组为感觉统合训练组(20例)。两组疗程均为3个月。比较两组患儿治疗前后的IQ及生活能力量表评分。结果A、B两组患儿IQ及生活能力均较治疗有明显好转,其中A组的疗效明显优于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺长强穴配合感觉统合训练治疗精神发育迟滞的临床疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at Changqiang（DU1） combined with sensory integration training in the treatment of mental retardation. Methods Selecting 40 cases of patients with mental retardation in Department of Rehabilitation, The Affiliated Hospital of Jinggangshan University from July 2013 to February 2015, and they were randomly divided into A group and B group. 20 cases in the A group were treated with acupuncture at Changqiang（DU1） combined with sensory integration training. 20 cases in the B group were treated with the sensory integration training. The course of treatment of the two groups was 3months. The IQ and the life ability scale of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The two groups of children were significantly improved in IQ and life ability, the effect of A group was significantly better than that of B group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture at Changqiang（DU1） combined with sensory integration training in the treatment of mental retardation has significant effect, and it is worthy of clinical application.
