温通针法配合缪刺法治疗风寒湿型肩周炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨温通针法配合缪刺法治疗风寒湿型肩周炎的临床疗效。方法：60例风寒湿型肩周炎患者随机平分为治疗组和对照组，对照组采用常规针刺手法，观察组采用温通针法配合缪刺法治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果：观察组与总有效率为96．7％，显著高于对照组的70．0％（P〈0．05）。结论：温通针法配合缪刺法治疗风寒湿型肩周炎疗效可靠，值得临床推广使用。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of warming-dredging needling combined with contralateral puncture treating scapulohumeral periarthritis of wind-cold-damp. Methods： 60 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis of wind-cold-damp were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, control group with conventional acupuncture manipulation, observation group treated with wanning-dredging needling combined with contralateral puncture, to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of observation group was 96.7%, signif- icantly higher than that of control group by 70% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Curative effect of wanning-dredging needling combined with contralateral puncture treating scapulohumeral periarthritis of wind-cold-damp is reliable, being worthy of clinical promotion.
