胸腹腔镜微创与开胸食管癌切除术患者围手术期护理效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较围手术期护理在胸腹腔镜微创和开胸手术食管癌切除术的护理效果。方法选取2011年6至2014年7月间收治的食管癌患者86例,按照手术方式的不同分为胸腹腔镜微创组(微创组)和开胸手术组(开胸组),各组内按照其护理方法不同分为围手术期护理和常规护理,比较两组患者采取不同护理方法的护理效果及护理满意度。结果微创组和开胸组采取围手术期护理的患者术后住院时间及胸腔引流管时间均短于常规护理患者(均P<0.05),围手术期护理患者术后并发症的发生率均低于常规护理患者(均P<0.05)。开胸组采用围手术期护理患者术后下床时间短于常规护理患者(P<0.05)。围手术期护理患者的整体护理满意度高于常规护理患者(P<0.05)。结论围手术期护理能显著缩短术后住院时间及胸腔引流管留置时间,减少术后并发症的发生,显著缩短开胸组术后下床活动时间,提高护理满意度。Objective To compare the perioperative nursing effects of minimally invasive esophagectomy versus open esophagectomy for esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 86 cases of esophageal cancer randomly divided into the minimally invasive esophagectomy group（ minimally invasive group） and open thoracotomy group（ thoracotomy group）. They were divided into routine nursing and perioperative nursing in each group according to the differents nursing method. Compared the nursing effects of different methods on two surgical procedures,and care satisfaction. Results The time of hospital stay on postoperative and thoracic drainage tube placement of perioperative nursing in minimally invasive group and open group were significantly shorter than that of routine nursing（ P〈0. 05）; The incidence of postoperative complications of perioperative nursing was significantly lower than that of routine nursing（ P〈0. 05）; The postoperative ambulation time of perioperative nursing was significantly shorter than that of routine nursing in thoracotomy group（ P〈0. 05）; The overall satisfaction with perioperative nursing has significantly effect than that of routine nursing（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing can significantly shorten the hospital stay on postoperative and thoracic drainage tube placement,reduce postoperative complications,shorten postoperative ambulation time,and improve nursing satisfaction.
