安全护理管理模式在乳腺癌根治术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨安全护理管理模式在乳腺癌根治术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2011年3月至2014年8月间收治的120例乳腺癌患者,根据随机抽签方法分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组患者在住院期间行常规护理加积极的安全护理管理模式,对照组患者行常规护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果两组患者护理后的肩关节活动度均明显增加,与护理前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者护理后的肩关节活动度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者护理后的自我效能评分明显高于护理前(P<0.05),且与对照组患者护理后的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者护理前后的自我效能评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组患者护理后的生理、心理、社会、婚姻关系评分均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌根治术患者应用安全护理管理模式能促进肩关节活动度的恢复,提高患者的自我效能意识,从而改善患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the application values of safe care model for breast cancer radical mastectomy. M ethods Totally 1 2 0 breast cancer patients were equally divided into treatment group and control group,with 6 0 cases in each group. Patients in treatment group were received routine care and safe care model,while control group were given the routine care during hospital. Nursing value of two groups were compared. Results The shoulder joint activity after nursing were significantly increased in two groups than that before nursing,with significant difference（ P〈0. 0 5）; The shoulder joint activity after nursing in treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 0 5）. After nursing,the self-efficacy scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than before nursing（ P〈0. 05）,and were significantly different compared with the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Physical,psychological,social,marital relations in treatment group had significantly higher scores than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Application safe care model in patients with breast cancer can promote the recovery activity of the shoulder joint,and raise awareness of the patient＇s self-efficacy,thereby improve quality of life of patients.
