摘  要:玻封套铜精密合金丝是传统的杜美丝转型升级的创新产品。它的材质结构是:以低膨胀系数的镍基精密合金4J系列材质+无镍不锈钢铁素体材质,按比例组合成芯材,然后在芯材上套无氧无缝铜管,最后在成品丝表面涂覆硼砂。该产品同传统杜美丝比较,有大幅度减少镍含量、相对减少铜含量的优点,加工全过程独特而无污染,具有十分明显的性价比优势。An innovative material which is an upgrading product of the traditional dumet wires, called as glass sealing copper sleeve precision alloy wire, has been developed. The core of this novel wire that consists of the low expansion nickel-based precision alloy 4J materials and the nickel-free ferrite stainless steel materials is covered by the oxygen- free seamless copper tube, and the coating material on the surface of the finished wire is borax. Compared with dumet wire, this new wire has reduced nickel and copper content, and unique and environmentally friendly production process. Therefore, it has obvious cost performance advantage.
