摘　　要：人生的第一粒扣子是指价值观,引导青年学生"人生的扣子从一开始就要扣好",就是要对齐"思想政治引领"与"创新创业引领"这两个引领;思想政治引领,就是要引导青年学生正确处理国家、集体、个人之间的关系;创新创业引领,就是要培养学生的创新精神、创业意识、创新创业能力;对高等教育而言,两个"引领"是解决好青年学生人生价值取向的问题。The first button of lifetime refers to the values, so guiding the young students ＂fastening correctly the buttons of lifetime from the very beginning＂ means to pay the equal attention to both the two kinds of guidance, namely ＂the ideology and politics guidance＂ and ＂the innovation and starting business guidance＂, the former of which is to guide the young students to deal properly with the relations among the state, organization and individual and the latter is to foster the students＇ potential in innovation, awareness in starting a business and the relevant ability in these two aspects. For the higher education, the two kinds of ＂guidance＂ are the ways to help young students solve the problem of value orientation.
