摘　　要：分析医院医疗安全不良事件管理中存在的上报系统不完善、上报意识不足、迟报漏报等问题,根据医院评审的要求,并借鉴国内外的管理经验,从保证患者安全出发,建立统一的信息报告平台、重新修订报告制度、优化报告流程、建立明确的反馈机制、48小时内追踪、开展多种形式的培训等一系列针对性改进措施,逐步完善医院医疗安全不良事件管理体系。医疗安全不良事件的规范化管理,能够提高全员的安全意识和参与积极性,通过既往安全经验的分析与交流,能够强化正确做法,提高全员的安全技能,有利于消除患者安全隐患,提高医疗质量。This article analyzed the problems existing in the management of medical security cases such as incomplete report system, insufficient report awareness and report late or missing. According to the requirements of the hospital appraisal, combined with the management experience domestic and overseas, we took a series of targeted improving measures such as establishing united information report platform, revising report rules again, optimizing report process,establishing specific feedback mechanism, tracing within 48 hours and carrying out various forms of training,and improved the management system of medical security cases. The standardized management of the medical security cases could improve the security awareness and enthusiasm of the staff. Through the analysis and communication of previous security experience, could we strengthen the correct methods, improve the security capacity of all the staff, which could eliminate the potential safety hazard and improve the quality of medical treatment.
