民航西南地区2010年-2014年飞行员停飞外科疾病病种分析

摘　　要：目的分析2010年-2014年飞行员因外科疾病停飞的疾病构成,为民航局航空卫生职能部门监控飞行员身体健康及航卫保障体系提供依据。方法对象为西南地区各航空公司因外科疾病停飞进行年度体检和单科体检鉴定复飞的飞行员,依据的鉴定标准是《空勤人员和空中管制员体检合格证医学标准》,按照ICD-10标准对研究对象进行系统分类,而后再进行顺位排列和前10位单病种描述。结果 5年中共有551名航线飞行员因外科疾病停飞。其中2010年~2014年停飞人员占当年体检总人数比例分别为1.82%、2.38%、2.82%、2.93%、3.33%.系统分类前6位疾病是泌尿系统,消化系统,肌肉骨骼系统,神经系统,呼吸系统,皮肤病。前10位单病种是肾结石、胆囊结石、四肢骨折、肌腱拉伤与断裂、颈椎病、腰椎病、阑尾炎,痔疮、气胸,颅内动脉瘤与囊肿。结论初步掌握了西南地区各航空公司航线飞行员外科疾病停飞病种及其变化趋势,为航空公司进一步做好飞行员航空卫生保障工作提供了有力依据。Objectives To analyze the diseases component of grounding pilots because of surgical diseases from 2010 to 2014, and provide evidence for the departments of aviation hygiene in civil aviation administration to monitor the health situation of the pilots as well as the security system of aviation hygiene. Methods The research objects included the pilots who were authenticated to flying again after receiving yearly or independent physical examination because of surgical diseases in each of the aviation company in southeast China. The qualification standard we followed was ＂The Physical Examination Medical Approval Standard of Aircrew or Controllers＂, and we conducted systematic classification to the research objects according to the standard of ICD-10, finally made syn-position arrangement as well as description on the top ten kinds of diseases. Results 551 pilots were grounded because of different surgical diseases within the five years totally, and percent accounted for all the examination pilots were respectively 1.82%, 2.38%, 2.82%, 2.93%, 3.33% in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. The top 6 diseases of systematic classification were respiratory urogenital system disease,digestive system disease, musculoskeletal system disease,nervous system disease, respiratory system disease and skin disease. The top 10 single diseases included kidney stones,gallstones, fractures,tendon strain and fracture,cervical spondylosis,lumbar,appendicitis, hemorrhoids,pneumothorax,intracranial aneurysm and cyst.Conclusions We have acquired the surgical disease entities amonggrounding pilots of civil aviation company in southwest China preliminarily,which would provide powerful evidence for the aviation companies do better in the guarantee work of aviation hygiene for the pilots further.
