摘 要:目的:通过对我国卫生信息管理(HIM)专业人才需求及从业现状的调查,为构建规范化的HIM人才培养方案提供参考。方法:选取国内50家医院信息管理部门及200名从业人员为调查对象,通过电子邮件方式发放调查问卷。结果:目前医院信息化建设的主要障碍是专业人才短缺,医疗机构对硕士及以上学历人才的需求量很大。机构对于HIM专业毕业生的总体满意度不高,希望从业人员能够熟悉医院业务管理流程,具有较强的科研和项目管理能力。结论:HIM教育应该以市场需求为导向,优化不同层次人才的知识结构,重视高层次人才的选拔和培养,为信息化人才创造良好的职业发展通道。Objective To provide the reference for making standard training program of health information management (HIM) professionals by investigating the demand of HIM professionals and their employment in our country. Methods Two hundred employed HIM staff in information departments of 50 domestic hospitals were included in this study. The demand of HIM professionals and their employment in these hospitals were investigated with ques- tionnaires delivered by E-mail. Results The major problems in hospital information construction were the lack of HIM professionals, great demand of HIM professionals with a master or higher educational level and low satisfaction with the HIM graduates in medical institutions which expected that the employed staff should know the management pro- cedures of medical administration and have a strong management ability of scientific research and projects. Conclusion HIM education should be based on the demand of market, optimize the knowledge structure of different HIM professionals, pay attention to the selection and training of high caliber HIM professionals, and create good environment for the growth of HIM professionals.
