新常态下东三省经济发展方式转变策略研究

摘　　要：经济发展进入新常态,既符合东三省的发展实际,也是东三省经济发展迈向更高水平的必经阶段。尤其是在东三省经济发展遇到困境的当下,准确认识、把握经济新常态对实现东三省经济又好又快发展具有重要意义。笔者在深入分析东三省经济发展遇到的困境基础上,研究了制约东北经济转型发展的影响因素,最后提出了新常态下东三省经济发展方式转变的策略。Economic development has entered the new normal,it is not only in line with the actual development of the northeast three provinces,but also is the necessary stage for economic to develop at a higher level of the northeast three provinces.Especially the Northeast three provinces has encountered economic development difficulties at present,so to accurately understand,grasp the economic new normal has a great significance for the northeast three provinces to realize the sound and rapid economic development.This paper analyzed the economic development difficulties encountered in the northeast three provinces,and based on this studied the influencing factors of constraining the development of economy.Finally it put forward the strategy of transformation of the economic development mode under the new normal.
