摘  要:对一种新型的复合陶瓷涂层进行抗高温腐蚀性能研究,以电站锅炉水冷壁材料20G钢为基材,将该涂层涂覆于20G钢表面,进行试验。将试验对象分为喷涂涂层的试样片和未喷涂的对比钢材样片,对两种样片在450℃温度下进行模拟SO2气氛、H2S气氛以及熔盐腐蚀3种情况的高温腐蚀试验研究。研究发现:喷涂涂层的试样片抗SO2、H2S腐蚀效果明显优于未喷涂涂层的20G钢,分别增强约6倍和10倍;进行高温熔盐腐蚀,喷涂涂层的试样片抗腐蚀能力约为未喷涂的20G钢的2倍。In order to study the corrosion resistance of a kind of new high temperature composite ceramic coating, regard the 20G as substrate. 20G is the material of water wall of power station boiler. Covering the coating on the 20G and then begin the experiment. Dividing the test objects into two groups, one is the material covered with the coating, and the other is uncovered material. The experiment was conducted by SO2 corrosion, H2S corrosion and molten salt corrosion in 450 ℃. The result show that: The group which covered with the coating shows nearly 6 and 10 times reducing SO2 and H2S corrosion resistance than the other group; The group which covered with the coating shows nearly 2 times molten salt corrosion resistance than the other group.
