摘  要:针对超超临界机组高压加热器(简称高加)汽水两侧压差急剧升高后所带来的问题,提出了一种将主给水泵由高压加热器进口移动到高压加热器出口的方法,并以1000 MW超超临界机组为例,利用热平衡矩阵分析法对主给水泵位置变化后机组热经济性进行了计算。结果表明,主给水泵位置变化后,汽轮发电机组循环热效率提高了0.45%,全厂供电效率提高了0.006%,全厂供电标准煤耗减少了0.04 g标准煤/(k Wh)。Aiming at the problems bring from the high pressure heater steam pressure difference on both sides of the sharp rise in ultra supereritical unit, this paper propose a method to reduce the steam pressure difference on both sides. It is that the location of the main feed water pump move from high pressure heater inlet to the outlet of the high pressure heater. And it also study the unit economy of a power plant 1000MW ultra supercritical unit using matrix analysis method after changing the position of the main pump. The results of this research indicate that the turbine cycle thermal efficiency increased by 0.45%, the entire factory power supply efficiency of the plant power efficiency increase 0.006%, the coal consumption is reduced 0.004g standard coal/(kWh) after changing the position of the main pump.
