黑龙江省计划生育技术人员培训方式需求分析

摘　　要：目的了解计划生育技术人员培训方式需求,为有效开展计划生育技术人员的业务培训工作提供依据。方法整群抽样问卷进行调查。结果采取近3年计划生育技术人员培训率为56.6%,接受培训形式最多的是专题讲座(73.5%),其次是以会代训(49.6%)。需求的培训形式最多的是临床实践(70.0%),其次是专题讲座(67.0%)。结论技术人员培训率低,对培训形式的需求与以往接受的不同。要选择适宜的培训形式、频率和地点开展培训。Objective To acquire the training method demand for family technical personnels,provide references for effectively carrying out business training for family planning technical personnels. Methods Whole group sampling questionnaire investigation. Results Recent 3 years technical staff training rate was 56. 6%,In the past,the most frequent training form was lectures（ 73. 5%）,second was to be on behalf of training（ 49. 6%）. The most frequent training mode of demand was clinical practice（ 70%）,the second subject lecture（ 67%）. Conclusion Technical personnel training rate was low. The need for training was different from the past. It needed to choose appropriate training form,frequenct and place for training.
