经阴道超声评价剖宫产术后切口愈合程度

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道超声在评价剖宫产术后不同时期子宫切口愈合程度中的应用价值。方法剖宫产术后患者1533例,其中术后6周421例,术后3个月239例,术后半年者332例,术后1年者244例,术后2年及以上者297例,均行阴道超声检查切口愈合情况。结果剖宫产术后切口分别表现为不均匀高低混合回声、线状回声及切口憩室。结论经阴道超声可以评价剖宫产术后不同时期的子宫切口愈合程度。Objective Evaluate the cicatrization of uterine incision in different periods after cesarean section by transvaginal ultrasound. Methods 1 533 cases received cesarean section were detected by transvaginal ultrasounic examination,including 421 cases 6 weeks after surgery,239 cases in 3 months after surgery,332 cases in 6 months after surgery,244 cases in 1 year after surgery,297 cases in two and more than two years after surgery. Results The uterine incision after cesarean showed three representations： mixed-echogenicity with high-level and low-level echo,threadness high-level echo and incision diverticulum. Conclusion The cicatrization of uterine incision after cesarean in different periods could be evaluate by transvaginal ultrasound.
