江苏省农村留守与非留守妇女心理健康及影响因素比较

摘　　要：目的:了解江苏省农村留守与非留守妇女心理健康及影响因素。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法抽取江苏省农村留守妇女825名和非留守妇女726名,对其心理健康及影响因素进行调查。结果:江苏省农村留守妇女SCL-90所有因子得分均高于非留守妇女(P均<0.001)。江苏省农村留守与非留守妇女心理异常率分别是40.00%和28.93%(P<0.001)。Logistic回归分析显示,留守妇女心理健康的影响因素有文化程度、劳动时间、空闲时间、婆媳关系、丈夫回家频率;非留守妇女心理健康影响因素有文化程度、睡眠质量、婆媳关系、家庭年收入(P均<0.05)。结论:江苏省农村留守妇女心理健康状况比非留守妇女差;文化程度低、劳动时间长、空闲时间短、婆媳关系不好、丈夫回家频率低者心理健康状况更差。Aim： To investigate the mental health status and influencing factors in rural left-behind and non-left-behind women in Jiangsu. Methods： A total of 825 rural left-behind women and 726 non-left-behind women were chosen by stratified random sampling,and their mental health status and influencing factors were investigated. Results： The SCL-90 scores of rural left-behind women were higher than those of non-left-behind women in Jiangsu（ P〈0. 001）. The mental abnormality rate of rural left-behind women and rural non-left-behind women were 40. 00% and 28. 93%（ P〈0. 001）. The influencing factors of the mental health of rural left-behind women consisted of level of education,time of labor,time of leisure,feeling with mother-in-law and frequency of husband＇s going home; the influencing factors of rural non-left-behind women consisted of level of education,quality of sleep,feeling with mother-in-law and income of family（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The mental health of rural left-behind women in Jiangsu is worse than non-left-behind women. The mental health status is worse for the rural left-behind women if they have lower level of education,more time of labor,less time of leisure,worse feeling with mother-in-law and lower frequency of husband＇s going home.
