历史街区传统排水系统的保护与传承——以抚州文昌里历史文化街区为例

摘　　要：在历史街区保护中,基础设施提升是其中的重要工作。本文以江西抚州文昌里历史文化街区保护规划为例,以"遗存"的视角看待街区内的传统排水系统,强调从更加广泛的文化背景中认知街区基础设施提升行为,在功能提升与文化延续的基础上,探索了对传统排水系统的保护和利用。在提升街区基础设施水平的同时,避免了对街区环境的影响、保护了街区风貌的原真性,有利于实现街区的有机更新和可持续发展。Infrastructure maintenance and rehabilitation is an important work in historic area protect field. This research pointed to the view that the traditional drainage system was one of the cultural heritages in the historic area; the drainage rehabilitation programme should be drawn considering the cultural background of the historic area. In the perspective of culture continuity and living improvement, the historic drainage system protection as well as the application was discussed on the case of WenChangLi Historic Area Protect Plan, and the main objectives contained minimizing the infrastructure rehabilitation project effect, protecting the area original environment and renewing the historic area in a sustainable mode.
