摘  要:利用水降低管材表面电阻的原理,测试了细水雾在不同喷雾压力下,煤矿井下常用的PVC、PE管样品内外表面电阻率。研究结果表明:PVC、PE管内外表面平均电阻率随喷雾压力的增加均呈指数衰减函数降低;同等条件下,PVC、PE管内表面平均电阻率均小于外表面电阻率,而PVC管的表面电阻率要小于PE管;PVC管在试验中达到了抗静电性能的要求,更适合在煤矿井下使用。Based on the principle of reducing the surface resistance of pipes by water, tests were carried out on the internal and external surface resistivity of PVC and PE pipe specimen commonly used in coal mines under different pressures of the fine water mist. The study results showed that the average resistivity of the internal and external surface of both PVC and PE pipes decreased in an exponential function with the increase of spray pressure;under the same conditions, the average resistivity of the internal surface of PVC and PE pipes was smaller than that of their external surface, and the surface resistivity of PVC pipe was smaller than that of PE pipe. In the test, PVC pipe meets the requirements of antistatic property, so it is more suitable for use in coal mines.
