微波联合光动力疗法对尖锐湿疣患者血清细胞因子的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨微波联合光动力疗法对尖锐湿疣患者血清细胞因子的影响。方法:将某院收治的患者120例随机分为试验组和对照组各60例,试验组用微波联合光动力治疗,对照组用单纯光动力治疗,检测和观察患者的IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、IL-8及TNF-α等细胞因子浓度。结果:治疗前两组各项指标比较没有差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-8均明显高于治疗前,IL-10、TNF-α明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后各项指标比较没有差异(P>0.05)。观察组痊愈率明显高于对照组,复发率低于对照组。结论:微波联合光动力治疗尖锐湿疣不仅痊愈率高,复发率低,同时对改善患者血清细胞因子的表达也非常显著,值得推广应用。Objective:To discuss the influence of microwave combined with photodynamic therapy on serum cytokines of condyloma acuminatum patients.Methods:Select 120 cases of patients received by a hospital and divide them randomly into two groups,the experiment group and control group,either of them includes60 patients.The experiment group was given microwave combined with photodynamic therapy while the control group was given simply photodynamic therapy.Examine and observe cytokine concentration of IL-2,IL-6,IL-10,IL-8and TNF-αof patients.Results:Before treatment,each indexes in the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).However,cytokine concentration of IL-2,IL-6,and IL-8of patients in two groups after the treatment were significantly higher than those before the treatment,cytokine concentration of IL-10 and TNF-αof patients in two groups after the treatment were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05).Each indexes in the two groups had no significant difference after the treatment(P>0.05).The curative rate and recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly higher and lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:Treating condyloma acuminatum with microwave combined with photodynamic therapy not only has high curative rate and low recurrence rate,but also can greatly improve the expression of serum cytokines of condyloma acuminatum patients.It is worth to be promoted.
