从上海自贸试验区视角看TPP及其影响

摘　　要：面对TPP,上海自贸试验区只有在先行先试过程中,更充分体现出应对的正确性与及时性,才能够有更多推广复制的价值。当务之急要在不断提升应对水平的基础上,将上海自贸试验区应对TPP压力上的做法向全国推广复制。中国不仅要通过实施一带一路战略、建设高水平的自由贸易区网络等手段改善所处外部环境,而且也要更加充分发挥好上海自贸试验区的作用,以此作为主要抓手之一,及时有效地应对TPP。Faced with TPP,only when Shanghai pilot free trade zone presents the accuracy and timeliness of the response more fully in the pilot process,can it be able to have more value of promotion and copy.What the urgent priority is to promote and copy Shanghai pilot free trade zone's way of dealing with TPP pressure to the whole nation,based on the improvement of that response level.China shall improve its external environment through the implementation of the ' one belt one road' strategy and other means like building high-level networks of the pilot free trade zone,and also need to give full play to the role of Shanghai pilot free trade zone,regarding it as one of the main starting point,responding TPP timely and effectively.
