摘  要:目的筛选新疆阿魏抗肿瘤的活性部位。方法采用溶剂法将新疆阿魏分离成不同极性部位,磺酰罗丹明B法检测各部位对肿瘤细胞的增殖抑制作用,流式细胞术分析各部位诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的作用。结果新疆阿魏石油醚部位无抗肿瘤活性,新疆阿魏乙酸乙酯部、正丁醇部对人结肠癌细胞HCT116、人结肠腺癌细胞Caco-2、人肝癌细胞Hep G2、小鼠肾癌细胞MFC均有不同程度的增殖抑制和促凋亡作用,甲醇部位活性较弱。结论乙酸乙酯、正丁醇部位有较强的抗肿瘤活性,可确定为新疆阿魏抗肿瘤活性部位。Objective To screen the active parts of Xinjiang Ferulae Resina with anti-tumor effects. Methods Solvent method was used to separate Xinjiang Ferulae Resina into parts with different polarities. SRB assay was applied to screen the effects of tumor cell inhibiting proliferation of different parts. Flow cytometry method was applied to study the effects of inducing tumor cell apoptosis of different parts. Results Petroleum ether parts of Xinjiang Ferulae Resina have no anti-tumor activity. Ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol polarity parts can inhibit proliferation and promote apoptosis of HCT116, Caco-2, Hep G2 and MFC cells to some extent. Methanol polarity parts have weak anti-tumor effects. Conclusion Ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol polarity parts of Xinjiang Ferulae Resina have strong anti-tumor effects, which can be identified as active parts of Xinjiang Ferulae Resina with anti-tumor effects.
