平痤洗剂皮肤刺激和过敏性实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察平痤洗剂外用对动物皮肤的刺激性和过敏性反应。方法皮肤刺激反应实验选用新西兰大耳白家兔,分为完整皮肤组和破损皮肤组,2组分别在背部两侧的脱毛处涂以蒸馏水和平痤洗剂,观察皮肤的刺激反应并进行评分。皮肤过敏反应实验选用白色豚鼠,分为蒸馏水组、平痤洗剂组和阳性对照组,分别在背部脱毛处涂以蒸馏水、平痤洗剂和2,4-二硝基氯苯,观察皮肤过敏反应并进行评分。结果平痤洗剂对家兔完整皮肤无刺激性作用,豚鼠皮肤无过敏反应。结论平痤洗剂外用具有较高的安全性。Objective To evaluate the skin irritation and allergic reaction of external use of Pingcuo Lotion on animal skin. Methods Skin irritation test was carried out on New Zealand white rabbits. All animal were divided into intact skin and damaged skin groups, and distilled water or Pingcuo Lotion were applied to the two groups on the two sides of shaved rabbit back skin. Skin irritation was observed and scored. Skin allergy test were performed on healthy white guinea pigs. All animal were divided into distilled water, Pingcuo Lotion and positive groups, and the three groups were treated with distilled water, Pingcuo Lotion and 2,4-Dinitrochlorobenzene respectively on the shaved back skin. Skin allergic reaction was observed and scored. Results Pingcuo Lotion did not induce any dermal irritation in New Zealand white rabbits. Skin allergic reaction was not found in guinea pigs. Conclusion External use of Pingcuo Lotion on the animal skin is safe.
