RP-HPLC同时测定益气固本颗粒中毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷和藁本内酯的含量

摘　　要：目的 建立反相高效液相色谱法测定益气固本颗粒中毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷和藁本内酯含量的方法.方法 采用Waters SymmetryShield C18 色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.2%甲酸梯度洗脱溶液,检测波长为260 nm.结果 毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷的线性范围为0.162～0.810 μg（r =0.999 6）,加样回收率为99.64%（RSD=1.94%）.藁本内酯的线性范围为0.386～1.930 μg（r =0.999 8）,加样回收率为98.56%（RSD=1.60%）.结论 该方法可为益气固本颗粒质量标准的完善提供依据.Objective To develop a RP-HPLC method for determining the contents of calycosin-7-glycoside and ligustilide in Yiqi Guben Particles. Methods The contents of calycosin-7-glycoside and ligustilide were determined with a Waters Symmetry Shield C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% formic acid with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 260 nm. Results The linear range of calycosin-7-glycoside was within 0.162–0.810 μg(r =0.999 6), and the recovery rate was 99.64%(RSD=1.94%). The linear range of ligustilide was within 0.386–1.930 μg(r =0.999 8), and the recovery rate was 98.56%(RSD=1.60%). Conclusion This method can provide experimental basis for quality control of Yiqi Guben Particles.
