构建重庆1小时经济圈与涪陵经济社会发展研究

摘　　要：重庆1小时经济圈,是指以主城9区为核心,以约1小时通勤距离为半径,4个大城市为主要卫星城市,10个中小卫星城市和众多卫星镇紧密连为一体的具有明显集聚效应、规模经济和竞争优势的圈层状城市群。构建重庆1小时经济圈是重庆打好"直辖牌"和"库区牌"的战略载体,对于完成中央交办的四件大事具有十分重要的战略意义。构建重庆1小时经济圈对涪陵区经济社会发展提出了新的要求,涪陵需要转变观念,明确定位,调整思路,重点推进,跨越式发展。One-hour economical circle of Chongqing is referred to take the nine districts of city as a core,take about one hour distance as the radius,four big cities(Fuling,Jiangjin,Hechuan,Yongchuan) are the main satellite cities,ten middle-small satellite cities and the multitudinous satellite city close together,and the body is layered city group with the accumulative effect obviously,the economies of scale and the competitive advantage circle. It has the extremely important strategic sense for finishing four important matters,which central authorities turn over. The construction of Chongqing one-hour economical circle proposed the new request of economic society development for Fuling,Fuling need to change the idea,know localization,adjust mentality,promote key projects and develop it with Great-leap-forward.
