摘　　要：直辖——不仅使重庆的政治经济地位上升,更成为重庆发展的良机。十年成就,的确让人欣慰,但与东部发达地区相比,与重庆老百姓的期望相比,仍有很大的差距。在机遇与挑战面前,建设和谐重庆的应是每个重庆人的应尽之责。本文就实现自我价值,如何正确认识和把握建设和谐重庆与自我价值实现的统一,提出几点肤浅的认识。Direct jurisdiction --Not only makes the political economic status of Chongqing rise,but is the good development opportunity of Chongqing. The achievement of ten years,really gratifying,but compared with developed area of the eastern,compared with expectation of the ordinary people in Chongqing,there is very great gap before the opportunity and challenge,which built harmonious Chongqing,should be the responsibility of each native in Chongqing. This essay proposed several facile views about how to realize,hold and build the unity of harmonious Chongqing and self-value.
