循证护理模式在原发性三叉神经痛患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理模式在原发性三叉神经痛患者中的应用效果。方法:将52例原发性三叉神经痛患者随机分为实验组(25例)和对照组(27例),对照组给予常规护理,实验组应用循证护理模式制订护理方案,并对两组患者的疼痛和抑郁程度进行评估和比较。结果:入院时两组的VAS和SDS差异均无统计学意义;出院时对照组的VAS和SDS分别为2.78±1.25分和44.78±7.33分,与入院时比较,VAS有统计学差异(P=0.000),而SDS无统计学差异;实验组的VAS和SDS分别为1.68±1.10分和38.20±9.17分,VAS(P=0.000)和SDS(P=0.005)均有统计学差异;出院时实验组的VAS和SDS下降幅度均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:循证护理模式可有效改善原发性三叉神经痛患者的疼痛和心理抑郁,值得进一步探索和利用。Objective： To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing model in primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods： Fifty-two patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into experimental group （n = 25） and control group （n = 27）. The patients in control group were given routine nursing. The patients in experimental group were given evidence-based nursing to make the nursing plan. Then, the pain and depression intensity were evaluated. Results： Before the intervention, there was no significant difference of VAS and SDS between the two groups. After the intervention, VAS and SDS of control group were 2.78± 1.25 and 44.78±7.33 respectively, and there was a significant difference in VAS before and after the intervention （P = 0.000）, but not in SDS. In addition, VAS and SDS of experimental group were 1.68±1.11 and 38.20±9.17, and there was a significant difference in VAS compared with the VAS before the intervention （P = 0.000） as well as in SDS （P = 0.005）. After the intervention, both of VAS and SDS had a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.01）, the reductions in experimental group were significantly larger than the control group. Conclusions： The evidence-based nursing model can effectively improve the pain and depression among patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia, so it is worthy of further exploring and utilizing.
