摘 要:为解决出租车行业现存矛盾,提升行业发展水平,设计互联网与传统出租车融合发展的方案,本文在分析出租车和现有网络约租车经营特征基础上,对比各种业态的优劣;研究现有网络约租车运行模式的实质,综合两种业态的优点,设计融合发展方案。结果表明,传统出租车与互联网之间相互融合,是打破现有行业僵局的关键。通过融合发展,可以实现出租车行业发展的既定目标,并促使其按真正的市场规则运行。To solve the existed problems in the taxi industry and enhance the level of development the Internet and traditional taxi integration development program was designed. Based on the analysis on the characteristics of the network and traditional taxi the pros and cons of two formats were compared. The essence of the internet taxi operation mode was studied and integration development program was designed based on the advantages of the two formats. The results showed that the integration of traditional and internet taxi was the key to break the deadlock in this industry. Through the integration development the goals of this industry can achieved and the real market rules were established.
