摘　　要：本文研究道路客运存在的相关问题,设计改革方案,促进道路客运发展。通过分析道路客运行业发展趋势,凝练行业存在的突出问题;分析问题产生的原因和发展需求,设计改革方案;调研业内主体,验证方案可行性。研究表明,构建互联网支撑下的道路客运市场是基础,而放权简政是重要保障。通过互联网技术在道路客运中的应用,以及业内的深化改革,才能充分发挥道路客运的优势,促进行业健康发展。To promote the development of road passenger transportation, some problems related were researched and reform scheme was designed. The trend of road passenger transportation industry was analyzed and significant problems were refined. Based on demand of promotion and cause to problems analysis reform scheme was designed. Survey was carried on the industry body to verify the correctness of scheme. The results showed that building road passenger market accompanied with the internet was the foundation. Streamlining administration and delegating power was important guarantee. That internet technology applied and deepening reform were executed in the road passenger transportation industry should release the flexible advantage of road transportation.
