中老年女性身体自尊与运动行为关系

摘　　要：目的:了解中老年女性身体自尊与运动行为间的相互关系。方法:利用身体自尊量表及运动行为调查问卷,对中老年女性身体自尊水平及以广场舞运动为代表的体育运动行为之间的关系进行数据分析。结果:参加广场舞运动的中老年女性除相貌吸引力(t=-0.506,P<0.001)外,身体吸引力(t=5.464,P<0.001)、身体状况(t=7.019,P<0.001)、身体重量(t=4.048,P<0.001)、身体素质(t=9.879,P<0.001)、性吸引力(t=6.723,P<0.001)得分显著高于不参加运动的女性;参加广场舞运动的中老年女性身体吸引力、身体状况、身体重量、身体素质和性吸引力与周运动天数、单次运动时间、周累计运动时间存在显著性正相关(r=0.559,P<0.001)。结论:经常参加广场舞运动的中老年女性较不常参加的具有较高的身体自尊,广场舞运动的参与度与身体自尊存在正相关性。身体自尊水平可以预测中老年女性体育运动的参与意愿,体育运动会影响身体自尊。Objective：To study the relationship between women＇body esteem and their exercise behavior.Methods：By the way of questionnaire of Body Esteem Scale and Exercise Behavior,the paper analyzed the relationship between the levels of middle-aged women＇s body esteem and the sports exercise behavior represented by square dance.Results：The results showed that those middle-aged women,who often took part in sports activities,got higher scores than those who seldom did sports in the aspects of appearance attractiveness（t=-0.506,P〈0.001）,body attractiveness（t=5.464,P〈0.001）,body status（t=7.019,P〈0.001）,body weights（t=4.048,P〈0.001）,body qualities（t=9.879,P〈0.001）and sex attractiveness（t=6.723,P〈0.001）,which had significantly positive correlation with their weekly exercise days,exercise time every time,weekly exercise time（r=0.559,P〈0.001）.Conclusion：These middle-aged women,who often take part in square dance,have high levels of body esteem for themselves than those who seldom do sports.These middle-aged women＇participation in square dance and their body esteem are positively correlated.Middle-aged women＇sports participation willingness can be predicated by their body esteem levels.And sports participation can influence people＇s body esteem greatly.
