大学生体质健康与心理健康关系  

A Correlative Study of College Students' Physical Health and Mental Health

摘　　要：目的:探讨大学生体质健康与心理健康的相关关系。方法:整群随机抽取1100名本科生,对其进行体质健康和症状自评量表(SCL-90)测试,测试数据由SPSS 18.0进行统计和分析。结果:大学生800/1000米成绩与焦虑因子呈显著相关(r=-0.070,P<0.05),男生的体质总评与人际关系敏感显著相关(r=-0.081,P<0.05),女生的身高标准体重与躯体化、强迫显著相关(r=-0.125,P<0.05);大学生体质健康及格与不及格群体的SCL-90总分有显著性差异(t=2.495,P<0.05);心理健康与不健康群体体质健康状况的差异性有待于进一步研究。结论:大学生体质健康与心理健康之间具有一定相关性;大学生体质健康与心理健康各因子关系具有性别特征;大学生体质健康及格群体的心理健康状况好于不及格群体;部分大学生的心理健康状况有待进一步提高。Objective：To study the relationship between college students＇ physical health and mental health.Methods：242college students of Chang＇an University,who were randomly selected,were tested by physical health and Symptoms Checklist 90（SCL-90）test.The data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0.Results：The college students＇ 800/1000 meters achievements and anxiety factor was significantly related.To the boy,the physical health＇s overall rating and sensitive factor was significantly related.To the girl,height standard weight and somatization,force factor were related.The college students＇ SCL-90 total between physical health pass and not pass groups had significant difference.Difference of physical health between mental health and not health groups needed further study.Conclusion：There is a correlation between college students＇ physical health and mental health.The relationship has gender characteristics.The mental health in physical health pass group is better than in not pass.Part of college students＇ mental health need to be improved.
