摘  要:目的:了解我国儿童药品广告监管现状,为贯彻新修订的《广告法》,强化儿童药品广告监管提出政策建议。方法:调查我国儿童药品广告现状,梳理我国儿童药品广告法律法规及行政监管情况并与国外进行对比,分析我国儿童药品广告监管存在的问题。结果与结论:我国对儿童药品广告尚无实行特殊监管,法律法规有待完善,应依据新修订的《广告法》,完善和加强儿童药品广告监管。Objective: To understand the status quo of regulation of the pediatric medicine advertising in China, so as to implement the Advertisement Law of PRC and provide policy suggestion for the regulation of pediatric medicine advertising. Methods: The status quo of pediatric medicine advertising in China was investigated, relevant laws and regulatory situation of the pediatric medicine advertising were collated, the international and domestic regulations of pediatric medicine advertising were compared, and the problems existing in the regulation of pediatric medicine advertising were analyzed. Results and Conclusion: There is no special regulation to pediatric medicine advertising in China, and there are still many deficiencies in the laws and regulations. The regulation of pediatric medicine advertising needs to be improved in accordance with the newly revised Advertisement Law of PRC.
